1. Furnace Operator – First Hand (Job Code: SMS_001)
Qualification: ITI (Fitter/Turner)
Experience: 6 to 12 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle all activities related to hot metal handling and furnace inspection.
- Adjust EAF electrodes and make necessary additions.
- Knowledge of tapping addition sequence.
- Clean and inspect EBT.
- Operate temperature measurement and sample collection in EAF.
- Select, recognize, and manage materials effectively.
2. Technician (Electrical) (Job Code: SMS_002)
Qualification: ITI (Electrician)
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend and rectify running breakdowns in the crane area.
- Identify abnormalities in equipment and report to seniors.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities as per SAP schedule.
- Keep spares ready and repair faulty ones.
- Execute planned maintenance work as per the provided list.
