Position Details:

• Position: Production Engineer & Senior Engineer
• Location: Sohna (Gurgaon) and Bawal (Rewari, Haryana)
• Experience:
  • Production Engineer: 4+ years
  • Senior Engineer: 6+ years
• Qualification: B.Tech (mandatory)
• Salary: Competitive, based on industry standards
• Skills: Excellent English communication required

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in Quality Control (QC) principles.
2. Knowledge of Lean Production techniques, including JIT, TPM, and SGA.
3. Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001/14001) and skills in analysis tools like 5Why, 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and FIFO systems.
4. Experience in Process Safety Management and ISO 9000/QS 9001 compliance.
5. Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S practices on the shop floor.
6. Experience with battery-related machinery (Grading, Sorting, BTS, Spot Welding, and Laser Welding) is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

1. Shift Planning: Organize workers’ shifts based on the monthly schedule and capacity.
2. Daily Production Goals: Ensure that daily production schedules are met for timely customer deliveries.
3. Operations Team Coordination: Collaborate with the team to address daily production issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective action.
4. Audit Compliance: Oversee and close internal and external audit observations, ensuring effectiveness and consistency across all lines.
5. Problem-Solving: Use methods like 5Why and 5A to systematically address complex production issues, preventing recurrence.
