We are looking for a Site head for our client site based at Kakinada
BE Mech or BTech Mech with 15+years of experience of Port Operations.
Role & Responsibility:
– Over all in charge for the total functioning of the site and ensuring
business deliverables with safety and environment compliance.
Resources Management.
Fix accountability of all leaders at site.
– Skill assessment for entire work force, training need identification and
execution of training at site to improve the skill of individuals.
Ensuring proper implementation of safety systems
Assuring equipment availability and throughput of reclaiming and
stacking line.
– To ensure implementation of HSE practice and policies
– Maintaining a harmonious working environment and motivation within
the team at site
– Responsible for maintaining discipline and work culture at site
Interact with external agencies / consultants as and when required
Compliance of all requirements of contract arranging technically
qualified and experienced manpower during the contract period
Coordination and interaction with client for overall improvement at

– Providing solutions for any major critical technical problems
– Ensuring disbursement of salary and other statutory obligations
Execution of work orders as per the defined time line
– Ensure the functioning of MIS system.
Handling of all internal and external issues.
Explore new business opportunities for VEIL.
KPI:
No Injury incident at site.
– Improvement in productivity by 10%
– 100% compliance of monthly KPI’s defined in O&M contract.
– Building safety systems at site (CSM & Implementation of all safety
standards)
100% Compliance of legal aspects.
No loss to company due to IR issues
