About the Role: Shift Incharge (Sinter Plant Operations Jobs)

As a Shift Incharge, you will be at the heart of our Sinter Plant operations. Your role will involve overseeing the daily activities on the shop floor, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. You’ll be the key point of contact during your shift, making critical decisions that drive our operations forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor the sinter plant operations during your shift to ensure smooth production flow.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all production meets the stringent quality standards required in steel manufacturing.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
• Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the shift, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who bring experience, dedication, and a strong work ethic. You should have:

• Diploma Holders: 10-15 years of experience in sinter plant operations or related roles within the steel industry.
• BE/B.Tech Graduates: 7-11 years of experience in sinter plant operations or a similar field.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of effectively managing a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• A deep understanding of sinter plant processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
