1. SMS (Steel Melting Shop) Mechanical/Electrical/Operation/CCM :
Engineer/Foreman/Fitter/Welder/Shift Incharge/Electrician/Melter/Mould Opt/SBO.
2. DRI (Sponge Iron Division) Mechanical/Electrical/Operation: Engineer/Foreman/Fitter/Welder/Shift Incharge/Rigger/Electrician/CRO/Field Opt.
3. Pellet Plant, Operation/Grinding Opt/Mechanical/Grinding Mechanical/Electrical:
Engineer/Foreman/Fitter/Welder/Shift Incharge/Electrician/CRO/Balling disc Opt/Kiln Opt/autotech Eng./Filter press opt/Ball mill opt/Thickner Opt.
4. CPP (Captive Power Plant), Mechanical/Electrical/Operation: Engineer/Foreman/Fitter/Welder/Shift Incharge/Electrician/Technician/DCS Eng./1st & 2nd Class Boiler opt/Turbine Opt/DM Plant Opt.
5. Ferro Alloys, Mechanical/Electrical/Operation: Asst. Manager/Foreman/Shift Incharge/Furnace Inch/Metal Yard Inch/CRO/Forklift Opt.
6. TMT, Mechanical/Electrical/Operation: Dy. Manager/Asst. Manager/Engineer/Electrician/Pulpit Opt./Shift Incharge/Draughtsman/Fitter/CNC Opt/Shaper Machine Opt/Lathe Machine Opt.
7. RMHS (Ferro, DRI, SMS): Supervisor
8. Quality Control (SMS, DRI, Pellet Plant, TMT, HSM, Structure Mill): Sr. Chemist/Chemist/Quality Inspector
9. Weighbridge: Incharge/Operator.

It is in the process of establishing an Integrated Steel Plant comprising Sponge Iron Plant, Steel Melting Shop, Rolling Mill etc. and a Power plant.
