TATA Consulting Engineers Limited- We are currently hiring for the position of Safety Officer / Safety Manager to join our team in Gujarat. If you’re passionate about creating a safe work environment and have the qualifications and experience required, we’d love to hear from you.
Position: Safety Officer / Safety Manager
Location: Gujarat
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in relevant field with ADIS/PDIS certification from a government-recognized institute
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement safety measures to prevent injuries and maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct safety training for employees, contractors, and workers.
- Maintain records of all accidents and near-miss incidents.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly safety reports.
- Enforce the Permit to Work System and ensure adherence to safety best practices.
- Supervise and guide the workforce on general safety protocols and practices.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) complies with required standards and regulations.
- Promote effective site management and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and project timelines.
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in safety protocols and a track record of fostering a safety-first culture on site.
