Process observation and control on different work centers like BOF/NEOF/LRF-1, LRF-2/VD-1, VD-2/Slab Caster, Billet Caster, Combi Caster, during heat making, ensure online cast product quality.

· Inspection of Slab/billet/Round for dimension & any surface defect. · Report making, sap clearance. · Macro Examination of cast samples and report making. · MTC preparation for semis.
