Job Description:

As a Deputy Manager/Manager – Quality, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Process Expertise:
   • Strong knowledge of quality processes in Sheet Metal Shop, CNC Punching, CNC Bending, Laser Cutting, including validation and verification.
   • Familiarity with Paint Shop and PU-Foaming processes.
2. Customer Focus:
   • Ensure that process and product characteristics meet customer requirements and design specifications.
3. Quality Objectives:
   • Achieve defined quality objectives and take actions to meet both departmental and organizational goals.
4. Team Management:
   • Lead and manage a team according to the shift schedule, and address any quality-related concerns that arise daily.
5. Problem Solving:
   • Use tools like 07-QC Tools, Six Sigma, and 06 Tools to analyze and resolve issues, including customer complaints.
6. Coordination and Proactive Action:
   • Collaborate with relevant departments to address issues and implement proactive solutions.
7. ISO Documentation:
   • Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and industry-specific standards.
8. Reporting & Analysis:
   • Prepare and present Weekly and Monthly MIS reports to management.
   • Knowledge of SAP (QM Module) is required.
9. Inspection & Calibration:
   • Implement self and sequential inspections in the process and ensure instrument calibration.
10. Leadership & Mentorship:

• Guide and nurture the downline team on inspection processes and problem-solving techniques.
