Experience:
5–7 Years (in Pipe Mill operations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ERW Pipe Mill operations and manage the shift.
- Lead and supervise the production team.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency are consistently achieved.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain safety, discipline, and coordination during shifts.
Qualifications:
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering (preferred).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in a Pipe Mill.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ERW Pipe Mill operations and maintenance.
