Position:
AGM / DGM – Central Mechanical Maintenance
Qualification:
- Full-time B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required:
- 15–20 years of experience in the Steel Industry
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance, RCA, PM/PDM systems, and equipment reliability
Key Job Responsibilities
✔️ Develop & implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) schedules for critical mechanical equipment
✔️ Plan and execute breakdown maintenance to ensure minimum downtime and quick restoration
✔️ Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions
✔️ Monitor equipment health, reliability parameters such as MTBF, MTTR, and uptime
✔️ Improve overall equipment performance through continuous monitoring & optimization
✔️ Manage spares inventory, lubrication items, consumables, and documentation
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance & safety standards
