Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure effective maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment in the rolling mill.

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

• Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency.

• Coordinate with production, electrical, and quality teams to ensure optimal operational performance.

• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost control for mechanical systems.

• Lead and train maintenance teams to enhance technical skills and ensure safety compliance.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and support capital project implementation.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent verbal & written communication

• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability

• Team collaboration

• Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems

• Familiarity with TPM, TQM, QC Tools

• Understanding of 5S / Kaizen methodologies
