Job Responsibilities (RMHS Operations)

Selected candidates will contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the Raw Material Handling System. Key responsibilities include:

✔ Operational Support

• Assist in raw material handling and overall process performance.
• Reduce operational costs while enhancing system efficiency.

✔ Quality & Improvement Initiatives

• Implement and track Quality Circle Projects, CLIT, and Kaizen activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within operations.

✔ Production Continuity

• Support uninterrupted plant operations by aligning vessel arrivals with stock levels.
• Prevent production delays through proactive coordination.

✔ Inventory & Material Flow

• Ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Maintain smooth material flow to avoid disruptions and support production.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / B.Tech (Full-Time)
• Experience: 6 to 15 years in any manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of material handling, operations, and process optimization
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
