Job Position Overview

Role Summary

The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for supervising material quality during shifting and loading operations. The primary objective is to ensure that only approved-grade material is dispatched from the plant or siding.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Quality Supervision During Dispatch

• Supervise material shifting, dumping, and rake loading
• Ensure only approved-grade material is dispatched
• Monitor operational processes during loading

2️⃣ Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate regularly with the Reporting Manager
• Share operational and quality updates
• Maintain clear communication with handling agents

3️⃣ Corrective Action & Inspection

• Conduct visual inspections of materials
• Coordinate with handling staff for immediate corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards

4️⃣ Sampling & Quality Monitoring

• Participate in joint sampling and preparation
• Monitor quality parameters such as:
  • Excess moisture / wet material
  • Contaminated material (stones, debris, foreign particles)
  • Excess fines beyond permissible limits
• Ensure defective or non-conforming material is segregated before loading

5️⃣ Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily manual reports covering:

• Rake placement details
• Dispatch records
• Plant-wise execution
• Siding-wise execution

Strong documentation skills and operational discipline are essential for this role.
