1. Strategic Sourcing, Category Planning & Benchmarking.

2. Responsible for Sourcing, standardization, spend control with Plants

and suppliers.

3. Knowledge of Consumables (general & welding), Bulk LAR, MRO, AMC,

IT R&M / Services, Laptops and other Capex like Robots, Tools/ Fixtures &

Weld sources etc.

4. Lead the negotiations end to end with suppliers and get the best

techno-commercial value.

5. Close monitoring on the cost drivers.

6. Support other buyers/ Plant buyers in their consolidated negotiations,

Savings and supplier management actions

7. Knowledge of the contractual clauses, ability to evaluate and improve.

8. Responsible to track cost improvement initiatives and deliver savings
