Are you an experienced Project Head looking for a new opportunity. We have an exciting opening for a Project Head to join our esteemed Integrated Steel Plant located in Jamuria. As the Project Head for our Hot Strip Mill, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing project operations to ensure successful implementation and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle of the Hot Strip Mill, from planning and execution to commissioning and handover.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Liaise with senior management to provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience of minimum 20 to 25 years in project management, particularly in the steel industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to steel manufacturing projects.
