About the Role:

Aarti Steels Ltd., a leading name in the iron and steel industry, is urgently hiring an ICD / Custom Clearance Officer to oversee and streamline its import-export operations in Cuttack, Odisha. This is a key position that requires strong knowledge of custom clearance procedures, coordination with CHA, and compliance handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ICD operations and ensure smooth custom clearance processes for inbound and outbound shipments.

• Liaise effectively with CHA (Custom House Agents), port authorities, and logistics teams for documentation, compliance, and cargo movement.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, duty structures, and DGFT norms.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to shipments, clearances, and taxation.

• Monitor changes in regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ 8–10 years of experience in ICD operations and custom clearance, preferably in the iron & steel industry
✅ Strong understanding of import/export regulations, documentation, and port clearance protocols
✅ Minimum 60% academic record consistently throughout education
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
