Manager / Dy. Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (Project)
Location: Cuttack, Odisha

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects related to wagon tipplers, slay crushers, sinter plants, coal washeries, etc.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of HT, LT, and PLC systems, instrumentation, erection, and commissioning processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations throughout project implementation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including schematics, diagrams, and reports.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Engineering (ECE), or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering projects, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and drive projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
