Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, hydras, tippers, forklifts, and more.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs without disrupting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Excel and MIS.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in heavy equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing automobile engineering activities within the organization. The primary duties will include:
- Managing regular maintenance checks and repairs on various heavy equipment used in the automobile department.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Conducting preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Coordinating with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance activities without disrupting ongoing operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities using Excel and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in heavy equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automobile engineering.
