Job Overview:

Aarti Steels Ltd., a leader in the steel manufacturing industry, is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take charge of Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) operations during shifts in its Steel Melting Shop (SMS) at Cuttack, Odisha.

If you have 8–10 years of experience in CCM and a strong foundation in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering, this is your opportunity to lead and make a real impact in steel production.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8 to 10 years in CCM operations
• Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% throughout academics

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CCM operations efficiently during the shift
• Ensure smooth and consistent billet casting as per production plans
• Monitor critical parameters: casting speed, mold level, water flow, and more
• Coordinate with SMS and Rolling Mill teams for synchronized production
• Identify and resolve operational issues in real time
• Maintain logs on performance, delays, and breakdowns
• Uphold safety, housekeeping, and quality standards rigorously
• Mentor and train operators and support staff on best operational practices
