Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities during the shift.
- Ensure smooth operation of electrical equipment, drives, motors, PLC/DCS, and control systems in the Rolling Mill.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns efficiently to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for seamless shift operations.
- Maintain shift records for breakdowns, maintenance, and energy consumption.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are implemented.
- Enforce strict safety protocols for the team.
- Provide training and guidance to technicians for continuous skill development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% marks throughout education.
- Experience: 5–8 years in Electrical & Instrumentation, preferably in a Rolling Mill environment.
