Education:

• BE in Metallurgy
• Diploma in Metallurgy

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in metallurgical testing and daily process monitoring
• Support production, quality, and process improvement activities
• Conduct tests related to:
  • Material properties
  • Hardness
  • Tensile strength
  • Microstructure analysis
• Maintain test reports, records, and technical documentation
• Work closely with plant/production teams to ensure metallurgical quality standards

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of metallurgical testing
• Knowledge of heat treatment & microstructure analysis (preferred)
• Willingness to work in a plant/production environment
• Good analytical and documentation skills
