- Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years (Steel or Ferro Industry preferred)
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting functions within the steel or ferro alloys sector.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP or similar).
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements and assist in audits.
- Ensure compliance with company and statutory accounting standards.
- Support management in budgeting and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.
