About Welspum : As Welspun GCC continues its growth trajectory, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO for Welspun Captive GCC (Shared Services). Welspun is a leading global player in the manufacturing and service industry, and this leadership role offers a unique opportunity to steer a diverse team in various verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of approximately 500 employees in the GCC region
• Oversee various verticals including Finance, Tax, HR, Procurement, MDM, Merchandising, and Secretarial practices
• Handle global operations, including the USA and UK
• Implement effective stakeholder management strategies
• Operate the GCC as a profit center
• Drive technology initiatives and process improvements
• Enhance business value through strategic leadership
• Foster a customer-centric mindset within the organization

Qualifications:

• 15 to 20 years of experience in a leadership role
• GCC background preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in global operations, especially in the USA and UK
• Customer-centric mindset
• Ability to operate the GCC as a profit center
• Experience in driving technology and process improvements
