Positions Available: EAF & LRF Melters
Location: Jharsuguda Plant
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) processes.
- Manage Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) operations efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team for seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and address any operational issues.
- Contribute to process optimization and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy or related field.
- Proven experience in EAF and LRF operations.
- Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes.
