About the Role:

HIL is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Electrician at its Hirakud unit in Sambalpur, Odisha.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, particularly those who have worked in the Aluminium or Steel sector.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations in the plant.

Eligibility Criteria: HIL Recruitment 2025

• Qualification: ITI (Electrician)

• License: Lineman MV License (Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience (preferably in Aluminium or Steel sector)

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery.

• Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely restoration of power systems.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintenance standards during plant operations.

• Inspect electrical panels, motors, and cables to ensure smooth functioning.

• Maintain daily logbooks and support preventive maintenance activities.
