Job Purpose

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of the 100 TPD Sponge Iron Rotary Kiln, ensuring smooth production, cost control, quality DRI output, and complete statutory compliance.

This is a strategic leadership role, where you will directly supervise plant performance and guide operational teams

Key Responsibilities

The role includes multiple responsibilities across production, safety, and process control:

• Ensure safe, stable, and continuous kiln operation
• Achieve daily and monthly production targets
• Monitor and control kiln parameters (temperature, RPM, airflow, feed rate)
• Handle operational issues such as ring formation, accretion, and instability
• Monitor DRI quality (Metallization, Carbon %, FeO levels)
• Optimize coal, power, and raw material consumption
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Ensure safety, environmental, and statutory compliance
• Lead and manage shift teams effectively
• Prepare MIS reports and production analysis

Eligibility Criteria
