About the Role

The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Power Plant and DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) units. The role involves day-to-day monitoring of production, maintaining process parameters, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor DRI kilns, power plant turbines, and auxiliaries.
• Maintain optimal parameters for energy efficiency and process stability.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and control teams for smooth plant operations.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions during any process deviations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Power Plant or DRI operations.
• Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred).
• Industry Preference: Iron & Steel / Power / DRI Plant.
