Looking for an:  Dy. Manager Project Mechanical erection and commissioning,

Experience: Expert with 8/ 10 years of experience, ideally from the steel manufacturing sector.

Role: Deputy Manager

Location: Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat.

Job Profile: Dy. Manager Project Mechanical

1: Coordinate internal resources and third parties Contractors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project construction scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

2: Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.

3: Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the relevant stakeholders & third parties/vendors Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

4:Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
5:Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Use and continually develop leadership skills Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Technology and IT Enablement: – SAP, MS Office, MS projects.

Job Requirements:-

·        Desired qualification: B.Tech

– Mechanical engineering
·        Awareness on MS office, Auto cad & SAP
·        Awareness on NDT tests
·        Strong Knowledge on the Steel structural material and construction
