- Technical Proficiency: Utilize ERP-SAP software for managing marketing tasks and ensure proficiency in MS Office for various functions.
- Leadership: Collaborate with Team Heads and Zonal Head Managers to drive marketing initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, with a postgraduate degree being a plus. A background in costing or inter-costing is also recommended. Candidates should have 5-7 years of relevant experience, with proven expertise in managing clients in a B2B setting, especially at senior team levels. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential. Technical proficiency with ERP-SAP software and MS Office is required, along with experience working with Team Heads or Zonal Head Managers. Knowledge about alloy steel will be a significant advantage.
