Job Opportunity: Junior Engineer/Engineer (Line Leader) – LPDC Operations

Position: Junior Engineer/Engineer (Line Leader) – Production – LPDC

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manpower plans for each shift.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets.
• Perform daily and shift-wise machine checklist reviews.
• Inspect and verify poka-yoke systems for error prevention and quality control.
• Enforce and monitor safety measures on the shop floor.
• Review production and rejection data from previous shifts and document outputs, rejection rates, and reasons.
• Supervise die painting (cleaning) and die rework processes to maintain operational readiness.
• Operate and troubleshoot PLC programming and machines.
• Perform dimensional measurements of castings using instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) operations or related fields.
