- Record Keeping, Documentation, Reporting, and Billing:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions
- Prepare necessary documentation and reports
- Handle billing processes efficiently
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee and manage inventory levels
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and other external stakeholders
- Safety & Compliance:
- Handle hazardous materials properly, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
