Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes
- Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Oversee the inspection and testing of products
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Train and mentor the quality assurance team
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management
