• Chemist – Raw Material/Finished Goods

Power Plant Unit:

• Solar Maintenance Engineer
• Shift In-charge – O&M

HR Department:

• Sr. Manager/Manager IR & Admin
• Executive – PMS, OD & L&D

Other Units:

• Spectro Incharge – SMS
• RMHS Manager – Ferro Alloys Unit

Qualifications and Experience:

General Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the specified field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Specific Requirements:

• Electrical Roles: Electrical engineering background and experience in electrical maintenance
• Process Roles: Experience in process management within the Sponge Iron industry
• Solar Maintenance: Experience in maintaining solar power plants
• HR Roles: Experience in Industrial Relations, Administration, Performance Management Systems, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development
• Chemist: Experience in chemical analysis of raw materials and finished goods in the Sponge Iron industry
