AMNS CAREER Job Description: As an Operations Integration Specialist specializing in SMS (Steel Manufacturing System), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our steel production processes. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of various operations within the SMS, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
AMNS CAREER Key Responsibilities:
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize various components of the Steel Manufacturing System.
- Process Enhancement: Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement to streamline operations and maximize output.
- Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement advanced technologies and automation systems to enhance the efficiency and reliability of SMS operations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency.

AMNS CAREER Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven experience in steel manufacturing operations, with a focus on SMS integration and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with implementing automation solutions and familiarity with Industry 4.0 principles is highly desirable.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
