Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer – New Product Development
Qualifications:
- Diploma/B. Tech in a relevant field
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the sheet metal fabrication and automobile industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new products from concept to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new products
- Ensure that new products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of new products
- Maintain detailed documentation of the development process
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
