Are you passionate about Quality Manager and eager to contribute to the automotive industry. Hyundai Motor India is looking for a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee the quality of our Camshaft and Crankshaft machining lines within the Engine Machine Shop.

📍 Location: Talegaon, Pune

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: BE / B.Tech (Full-time) or Diploma (Full-time) in any relevant field.
• Experience: 4 – 8 years of hands-on experience in engine component machining quality, particularly with cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, and crankshafts.

1. Quality Leadership: You’ll lead the charge in maintaining and improving quality standards on our machining lines, ensuring that every product meets our exacting standards.
2. Expertise in Quality Tools: Utilize tools like SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) to keep our processes sharp and our products top-notch.
3. Collaborative Mindset: Work closely with various teams to ensure that quality is a shared responsibility, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
