Job Description:
- Generating daily production reports & quality reports
- Preparing & implementing process sheets for all grades
- Communicating casting plans to the shop floor
- Follow-up of development/critical/Trial heats & freezing the operating parameters
- Monitoring all parameters with respect to Chemistry, Castability, macro quality & implementing action in case of deviations
- Analyzing internal rejections/customer complaints & providing suggestions for the action plan
- Coordinating quality/stabilization/failure analysis meetings
- Follow-up of customer visits/customer audit points closure
- Follow-up of ISO/TS thereby ensuring implementation of QMS
