As a Shift Engineer / Shift In-Charge in the Wire Rod Mill, you will be responsible for:

• ✅ Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining high quality standards across shift operations.

• ✅ Monitoring key production parameters and resolving any technical issues to ensure smooth shift production.

• ✅ Handling troubleshooting of equipment and achieving shift targets efficiently.

• ✅ Leading shift operations and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.

This role requires proactive problem-solving, leadership, and hands-on technical expertise, especially in a 1.2 MTPA capacity mill environment.

📌 Preferred Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, JSW BPSL is looking for candidates who:

• Have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical or electrical engineering roles.

• Possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Have hands-on experience in Wire Rod Mill operations, preferably in plants with 1.2 MTPA capacity or more.

• Can lead a team effectively, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high productivity during shift operations.

• Are results-driven and demonstrate a passion for process improvement and plant performance.
