- Develop and implement safety policies and programs across project sites
- Provide expert safety guidance in engineering, construction & contracts
- Integrate safety requirements in design, planning, and execution phases
- Establish and maintain a robust safety framework across project lifecycles
- Lead and mentor the site safety team
- Drive a strong safety culture and compliance standards
- Perform risk assessments and mitigate safety hazards proactively
