Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle Industrial Relations (IR) activities in the steel plant.
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and labor relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Build and maintain a positive work environment between management and workforce.
• Support HR and management in strategic IR initiatives.
