Job Responsibilities
As a Hot Mill Production Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the piercer mill operations to maintain production efficiency and quality output. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing hot mill production and ensuring process efficiency.
- Conducting product inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Monitoring process control parameters and optimizing performance.
- Using precision measuring instruments effectively.
- Solving on-floor technical issues through analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining all quality documentation and operational records.
- Managing time and resources efficiently to meet production targets.
- Utilizing basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
