Position:

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – QA/QC (Coating)

Qualification:

• M.Sc. / B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or related field

Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in the Pipe Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform QA/QC activities in coating operations with deep technical understanding.
• Review and implement Quality Plans and conduct Stage-Wise Inspection of coating.
• Maintain and control Quality Documents and reports.
• Ensure effective implementation of QMS and API standards.
• Handle non-conforming materials and products, ensuring corrective measures.
• Conduct regular audits and calibration of measuring instruments related to coating.
• Review and release MRB/MDR documents and report performance status.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to maintain quality excellence.
