Position: Technical Assistant Trainee
Location: Gurugram, India
Key Responsibilities:
Email Management:
Efficiently manage and organize the HR head’s email inbox.
Prioritize and categorize emails for prompt responses and follow-ups.
Draft, edit, and proofread emails on behalf of the HR head when necessary.
Presentation Preparation:
Collaborate with the HR head to create visually appealing and informative presentations.
Conduct research and gather data for inclusion in presentations.
Ensure presentations are aligned with the HR department’s goals and messaging.
Agreement Handling:
Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of HR-related agreements.
Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of agreements.
Ensure all agreements comply with legal and organizational standards.
Coordination and Communication:
Facilitate communication between the HR head and internal/external stakeholders.
Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring timely distribution of relevant materials.
Maintain a log of important communication for reference and reporting.
Data Management:
Compile and analyze HR data for reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Assist in maintaining confidential employee records and information.
Generate periodic reports for the HR head, highlighting key trends and insights.
Project Support:
Provide support for HR projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate project-related tasks.
Identify areas for process improvement within ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in drafting effective and engaging emails.
A proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
