Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth functioning of steel processing machines and utilities, including:
- Slitter, Mini Shear, Oscillating Shear
- Cranes, Compressors, Forklifts, Generators
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance
- Predictive maintenance
- Breakdown maintenance
- Spare parts management
- Documentation
- Improvement activities
Essential Skills Required
Candidates should have strong knowledge of:
- Basic Electrical Systems and Safety
- Electrical Switchgears, 11KV HT Power Supply, Transformers, ACB, VCB, LT/HT Panels
- Sensors, AC Drives, PLC & PLC Programming
- Basic Automation, Electrical Motors Maintenance
- Cranes, Compressors, Generators, Forklifts
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Maintenance
Additional Advantage:
Experience in mechanical systems such as:
- Bearings, Conveyors, Mechanical Drives
- Assembly & Overhauling
- Crane Maintenance & Fabrication Activities
