📍 Job Location: Musaffah, I-CAD III, Abu Dhabi

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field

📅 Experience: 8 to 10 years

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Metallurgical Analysis: Conduct microstructure evaluation of production pipes as per ISO 945-1 standards
✔️ Failure Analysis: Identify root causes of defects and suggest corrective actions
✔️ Mechanical Testing: Perform tensile and hardness testing as per ISO 6892-1
✔️ Cement Testing: Conduct sand prism testing per BS EN 196-1 & BS EN 197-1 standards
✔️ Spectrometer Operation: Operate and troubleshoot spectrometers for material composition analysis
✔️ Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Usage (Advantageous): Conduct advanced material analysis
✔️ ISO 17025 Compliance: Ensure laboratory competence and maintain proper documentation
✔️ Data Management & Reporting: Use SAP, MS Excel, and Word for test result tracking and reporting
✔️ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on testing standards and enhance testing efficiency

⚙️ Key Skills & Knowledge Required:

✅ ISO Standards: Familiarity with ISO 945-1 (microstructure), ISO 6892-1 (tensile testing), ISO 17025 (laboratory competence)
✅ Cement Testing Standards: Knowledge of BS EN 196-1 & BS EN 197-1
✅ Lab Equipment: Experience in operating spectrometers & SEM (preferred)
✅ Technical Proficiency: SAP, MS Excel, and Word for data management
✅ Attention to Detail & Analytical Skills
