Position Overview:

As a Boiler DCS & Turbine DCS, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing operations related to WHRB and steam turbines at the company’s plant located in Chowka – Kandra Road, Seraikela Kharsawan, Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boiler DCS Operations: Operate and maintain the Waste Heat Recovery Boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Turbine DCS Management: Manage the steam turbine operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Quickly identify issues, perform diagnostics, and provide corrective actions to maintain plant efficiency.
• System Monitoring: Oversee and control system parameters through DCS (Distributed Control System) to ensure smooth functioning of equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure the safe operation of boiler and turbine systems.

  Boiler DCS Operations	Operate and maintain Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) systems for optimal performance.
  Turbine DCS Management	Manage steam turbine operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of systems.
  Troubleshooting & Maintenance	Identify and troubleshoot issues in both boilers and turbines, ensuring minimal downtime.
  System Monitoring	Use DCS to monitor, control, and optimize plant operations, ensuring efficiency.
  Safety Compliance	Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while operating and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience Required: 2-3 years in handling WHRB & steam turbine operations.
• Educational Qualifications: A technical background in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Skills: Proficiency in DCS systems, troubleshooting, and knowledge of boiler and turbine systems.
