This is a senior-level leadership role for experienced professionals in Electrical Maintenance & Foundry operations.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Electrical function of the Foundry.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all electrical systems, utilities, and equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance for high uptime.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards & statutory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers & technicians for operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience:
  • 15+ years in Electrical Maintenance.
  • At least 8–10 years in a Foundry/Heavy Engineering setup.
• Strong exposure to:
  • HT/LT systems
  • Transformers
  • Induction Furnaces
  • DG Sets
  • Utilities & Automation Systems
• Proven leadership skills to manage large teams and drive efficiency.
