Position Details:

• Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Welding Production
• Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Welding / Fabrication / Production
• Location: Bhimasar, Kutch, Gujarat
• Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strong knowledge of welding processes and shop floor experience required.
2. Experience in LSAW / CSAW Pipe Plant Production is essential.
3. Familiarity with ASME Section IX.
4. Expertise in various welding processes (SAW, GMAW, SMAW).
5. Preparation and review of documents like Weld Maps, WPS, and PQR.
6. Must have production experience in LSAW welding sections.
7. Proficiency in international codes, including ASME, API, and ISO.
8. Basic knowledge of SAP.
9. Preparation and revision of ISO 9606, IMS, and EHS documents as needed.
10. Familiarity with AWS Standard (D1.1).
11. Experience with Line Pipe and Process Pipe.

Required Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in welding and production.
