Service Coordinator (Off Role) at Tata Power Solar – Bengaluru
Job Description:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the solar power field.
- Experience in customer service or coordination.
- Monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduling and closing in SFDC.
- Maintenance and updating of O&M customer base in CRM.
- Submission of Solar O&M renewal and spares offers to customers.
- Tracking and timely raising of invoices for O&M and PPA sites.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
- Processing vendor invoices as per company process.
- Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
- Coordination with the regional team for day-to-day O&M activities and PM scheduling.
