Job Description:

  1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the solar power field.
  2. Experience in customer service or coordination.
  3. Monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduling and closing in SFDC.
  4. Maintenance and updating of O&M customer base in CRM.
  5. Submission of Solar O&M renewal and spares offers to customers.
  6. Tracking and timely raising of invoices for O&M and PPA sites.
  7. Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
  8. Processing vendor invoices as per company process.
  9. Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
  10. Coordination with the regional team for day-to-day O&M activities and PM scheduling.
