The company is inviting applications from experienced professionals for various key positions, including Assistant Manager, Shift Incharge, Control Room Operator, Field Operator, and Executive (Mechanical/Electrical Projects).

Job Details

1. Assistant Manager (RM & Proportion)

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8–10 years in sinter plant operations
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing raw material proportioning and ensuring sinter quality
  • Supervising plant operations and maintaining productivity standards

2. Shift In-Charge – Sinter Plant

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 7–8 years in sinter plant operations
• Key Requirements:
  • Must have prior experience as Shift In-Charge
  • Responsible for shift-wise operation management across all shifts

3. Control Room Operator – Sinter Plant

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 5–7 years of sinter operation experience
• Key Requirement: Must have served as Control Room In-Charge in previous plant

4. Field Operator – Sinter Plant

• Qualification: ITI / Graduate
• Experience: 5–7 years of sinter plant operation experience
• Key Requirement: Prior experience as Field In-Charge in sinter operations

5. Executive – Mechanical / Electrical Projects

• Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 2–4 years in design, drawing, project execution, BOQ understanding, and commercial handling
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Salary

Negotiable – based on experience, technical skills, and performance in interview.
